We offer expert removal of facial moles, skin tags, and benign lesions using delicate techniques that prioritise aesthetics. All procedures are performed under local anaesthetic and can be tailored to single or multiple lesions.
Most moles are removed using elliptical excision or shave removal, depending on the depth and cosmetic concerns. The area is numbed, the lesion removed, and the skin closed using fine sutures. Sutures are removed after 5–7 days or may dissolve on their own.
