By scheduling a consultation with one of our medical practitioners, you agree to compensate for their time irrespective of the consultation outcome or any required medical forms. Any additional services, investigations, or treatments will incur extra charges, all of which are to be settled before leaving the premises. Some appointments may necessitate a deposit or full payment in advance, which is non-refundable.
- Our doctors uphold responsibility for their clinical practice, including the advice, investigations, and treatments rendered. While we prioritize patient care during our operational hours, please note that My Health & Wellbeing Clinic does not extend its services beyond these hours or offer an out-of-hours service.
- At My Health & Wellbeing Clinic, patient confidentiality is paramount. Your personal details and medical records are maintained with the utmost discretion. We only disclose information to other medical service providers directly involved in your treatment, such as laboratories or imaging centres conducting tests, or specialists to whom you’ve been referred. While we strive for secure communication channels via phone and email, we cannot be held liable for breaches in these mediums. - Consultations at My Health & Wellbeing Clinic are conducted directly with the patient or the parent/legal guardian of a child under 16 years old. We cannot engage in consultations with relatives or friends without their explicit consent, although general health advice may be provided. Additionally, the individual must be physically present in the UK at the time of consultation or be a resident of the UK.
- Patients retain the right to access their health records in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Our staff are entitled to a safe and respectful working environment, free from any form of violence, threats, or abuse. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards such behaviour.
- My Health & Wellbeing Clinic reserves the right to decline service to individuals under certain circumstances. These may include instances of violent, threatening, or abusive conduct, refusal to comply with payment terms, requests for potentially addictive medications, or situations where emergency or specialist treatment is necessary. Our doctors do not prescribe controlled drugs, and we recommend patients coordinate such prescriptions with their primary care physician.
- Pre-payment is required to secure appointments with our healthcare professionals. A deposit or full payment of £50 is necessary for all appointments and services.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance, with any deposit refunded minus a £15 administration charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to attend appointments without prior notice or arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment, resulting in forfeiture of any pre-payment or deposit.
- Refunds for eligible pre-payments or deposits will be processed to the original payment card within 7 days of the request. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
- Medications, vaccinations, tests, or treatments administered or dispensed cannot be refunded once provided.
- A £35 administration fee applies to any refunded service to cover reasonable costs.
