Some appointments may necessitate a deposit or full payment in advance, which is non-refundable.

• My Health & Wellbeing Clinic reserves the right to decline service to individuals under certain circumstances. These may include instances of violent, threatening, or abusive conduct, refusal to comply with payment terms, requests for potentially addictive medications, or situations where emergency or specialist treatment is necessary. Our doctors do not prescribe controlled drugs, and we recommend patients coordinate such prescriptions with their primary care physician.
• Pre-payment is required to secure appointments with our healthcare professionals. A deposit or full payment of £50 is necessary for all appointments and services.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance, with any deposit refunded minus a £15 administration charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Failure to attend appointments without prior notice or arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment, resulting in forfeiture of any pre-payment or deposit.
• Refunds for eligible pre-payments or deposits will be processed to the original payment card within 7 days of the request. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
• Medications, vaccinations, tests, or treatments administered or dispensed cannot be refunded once provided.
• A £35 administration fee applies to any refunded service to cover reasonable costs.
