About Dr. Samim Ghorbanian
Dr. Samim Ghorbanian is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at The Royal London Hospital, specialising in skin cancer surgery and microsurgical reconstruction of complex trauma-related defects. He is listed on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery and has worked in the field for over a decade.
He graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, earning multiple academic prizes during medical school. He completed his full plastic surgery training in London, gaining experience across several of the UK’s most respected units, with expertise in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
In his NHS role, Dr. Ghorbanian provides specialist care in skin oncology and complex trauma, particularly lower limb reconstruction, at one of the UK’s busiest major trauma centres.
